Tuition & Enrollment

 

Tuition Policy
Tuition can be paid in 10 equal monthly installments. The payments are to be made on the 1st of each month. A 5% discount will be given if tuition is paid in full by a certain date. Payments received after the 1st of each month will be charged a $50.00 late fee. There will also be a $50.00 charge for any checks returned by the bank.

If any problems arise concerning payment of tuition, parents are asked to notify the school and work on a suitable arrangement. Should payments become as much as three months delinquent, the student may be dismissed from school.

All tuition payments and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any use of a day in a month will be counted as using an entire month and charged accordingly. Parents using the installment plan are obligated to pay the month's full tuition payment regardless of the number of days a student has attended school for any given month.

Enrollment
For your child to be enrolled, applications must be completed by a parent or guardian and turned into the administrations office with the registration fee. The fee is non-refundable. Applications for returning students also must be filled out completely. Applications marked, “same as last year,” will not be accepted.

Applicants must also have the following:

  • Birth certificate
  • Social security card
  • Immunization record certified by the Commonwealth of KY
  • Kindergarten applicant will need a school physical
